Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or our trusted providers.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. Please email contact@beachpants.com within a few hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your items are on the way.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on total order weight and address. You’ll see the exact rate before completing your purchase.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information. If you’re between sizes, we recommend checking the fit notes or reaching out to us at contact@beachpants.com for help.
Q: The color looks slightly different from the photo — why?
Lighting conditions and screen displays can cause minor color differences. We do our best to represent each item accurately.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed clothing in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Q: How do I start a return?
Email contact@beachpants.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with instructions.
Q: Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — swimwear, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, face masks, and beauty items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
