We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns of unworn clothing items that meet the following conditions:

Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odors.

Items must include original tags and the clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (based on tracking information).

Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of the return approval date.
If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the 7-day window begins after the final package in your order is delivered.
Orders that do not meet these conditions may incur a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following categories:

Face masks

Intimates & lingerie

Jewelry

Swimwear
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your package for processing.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless:

or the item arrived damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

We’ll reply with simple instructions to complete your return.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to replace an item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or style.
